2.  Why DoGav Systems?

We have been providing consultancy services to NXP (Formerly Freescale/Motorola) customers for over 30 years, starting from the 68k family of devices and moving on to the Power Architecture, and in particular the PowerQUICC family of electronic devices.

 

During that time we have been successfully engaged in over 250 major projects, and with dozens of customers worldwide. In addition, over the years we have developed a toolset of highly efficient stand-alone (i.e. no RTOS required) software utilities that enable us to very quickly and effectively verify newly assembled boards’ functionality and performance.

3.  Do you offer remote consultancy?

Absolutely, and in many cases we prefer this approach, as it saves our customers both time and money (expenses). We will of course be happy to visit customers' sites if or when required.

 

4.  Will you be prepared to sign an NDA?

Yes.

 

5.  What is your business model?

It depends on the nature of the engagement. We can charge by the hour (generally suitable for short term well defined projects) or per project (a fixed price). We also charge for expenses (travel and accommodation when applicable).

 

6.  Are your services limited to certain geographical locations?

Absolutely not. Over the years we have engaged with customers in North America, Europe, East Asia and the Middle East.

 

7.  What is your response time?

We pride ourselves on our commitment to provide total customer satisfaction. Therefore, we only take on projects that we can fully commit to, which enables us to support all our customers in a timely manner. In general we are committed to respond to emails within 24 hours and answer telephone calls during office hours, excluding national and public holidays.

 

8.  Do you also design boards?

Not directly. However, we work in close partnership with several board designers/manufacturers to offer a complete hardware/software solution to customers.
